The evening short course “Essential Textile Knowledge for Laundry Professionals” will commence on 13^th April! This training course targets laundry professionals who should know more about the materials that make up clothing products. This textile knowledge provides a basis for laundry professionals in understanding the reasons behind the laundry problems, customer expectation and ways to better care for the clothing products. It eventually helps laundry professionals to process customer requests more efficiently and effectively. The course content covers textile materials, common laundry problems, and after-care.
