The 6th MY STAGE Hong Kong Secondary School Sustainable Fashion Design Competition - Fashion Show and Award Ceremony

Organised by the China-Hong Kong New Generation Association and the Clothing Industry Training Authority, and sponsored by Crystal International Group Limited and the Crystal Climate Charity Foundation, the 6th MY STAGE Hong Kong Secondary School Sustainable Fashion Design Competition held its Fashion Show and Award Ceremony on 20 December at the stage of the 59th Hong Kong Brands and Products Expo.

Under the officiating of the Honorable Mr. Clement Woo, MH, JP, Under Secretary of the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau, speeches by Mr. Edmund Ng, Foundation Secretary, Crystal Climate Charity Foundation, and Prof. Stella Lee, President of the China-Hong Kong New Generation Association, as well as the presence and participation of distinguished guests including Ms. Man Lau, Executive Director of Clothing Industry Training Authority, the event concluded successfully.

With the theme of “Sustainable Fashion”, the competition attracted over 400 student teams who submitted their design entries. Following a rigorous judging process, 10 finalist designs were selected. With expert assistance from CITA’s Sample Development Centre, these designs were transformed into physical garments over several months of dedicated production. The finished works made a stunning debut on the runway during the award ceremony, captivating the audience and raising public awareness of ecological sustainability for the future.
