With the extension of Fundamental Pattern Construction (PAT1), it develops students’ skills in pattern construction of styled men’s and ladies’ bottoms. Students will learn the principles of pattern grading for bottoms
Course Content
- Adaptation of basic blocks
- Basic skirt block into styled skirts
- Basic trousers block into styled trousers
- Pattern construction (using size chart to draft pattern) for men’s trousers, ladies’ trousers and jeans
- Fundamental fitting techniques
