This course is designed to the fashion retail practitioners for building up their textile materials knowledge. The textile material knowledge provides a basis for fashion retail practitioners in understanding the characteristics of different textile materials and fashion products, customer expectations and ways to better care the fashion products.
It aims to enable learners to facilitate the fashion item selling and respond the customers’ enquiries about fashion textiles that they can promote and explain the fashion product features to customers more effectively.
